Executive Director

Mary Huntly

Mary Huntly is the Executive Director and owner of Trinity House Calls, a healthcare organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care across all age groups. With a background that blends clinical expertise and leadership in multiple healthcare settings, she focuses on improving access to services through in-office, mobile, and telehealth care.

Career in Healthcare Leadership

She has spent much of her career building and managing healthcare service organizations. Her professional portfolio includes ownership and leadership of a hospice care program, an Alzheimer’s Group home, a hormone replacement therapy clinic known as Body Balance, a family medical practice, and a mobile medical unit. These varied experiences have enabled her to serve patients in multiple care settings, ranging from acute care to long-term management of chronic conditions.

As a practicing nurse practitioner, she has provided care to patients of all ages, offering diagnoses, treatments, and preventive health services. She is also experienced in managing complex wounds, including diabetic ulcers, pressure sores, and surgical wounds. Her role extends beyond treatment to include prevention and education, ensuring that patients understand how to support their healing between visits.

In addition to her work in healthcare, Mary Huntly spent four years working with the Department of Defense (DOD), where she held a top-secret security clearance. That role required a high degree of responsibility, discretion, and reliability—skills that continue to guide her professional conduct and leadership style.

Oversight at Trinity Family Practice

In her role as Executive Director of Trinity Family Practice, she leads a team that delivers comprehensive medical services tailored to meet the needs of patients. These include preventive services like wellness exams, immunizations, health screenings, and diagnostic evaluations. The goal is to detect issues early and support long-term health for individuals and families.

The practice also provides acute care services for conditions such as infections, allergic reactions, minor injuries, rashes, sprains, and mild respiratory problems. Patients receive wound care, infection management, and support for asthma and other respiratory conditions, all delivered in a timely, efficient manner.

These services are available to patients of all ages, and the practice emphasizes continuity of care, allowing individuals to establish long-term relationships with their providers.

Flexible Delivery Through Telehealth and Mobile Care

Understanding the importance of convenience and accessibility in modern healthcare, she has incorporated both telehealth and mobile services into her practice. Telehealth enables patients to consult with providers remotely for follow-up appointments, initial evaluations, and ongoing treatment management.

Mobile medical care is another option that extends the practice’s reach. Patients who are homebound, have transportation challenges, or prefer in-home visits can receive care at their homes or workplaces. This added flexibility ensures that more individuals receive care when and where they need it, making it more accessible to them.

Additional offerings include STD and UTI testing, medication management, routine labs, sports physicals, diagnostic scans, and medical clearance exams. The practice also handles referrals and provides care coordination to ensure patients stay informed and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Commitment to Elderly Care

One of her clinical focus areas is geriatric medicine. She and her team provide older adults with care designed to address both chronic health conditions and overall well-being. Services include managing diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular conditions, as well as reviewing medications for safety and effectiveness.

The clinic also offers cognitive health support. Assessments and care plans are available for patients experiencing memory challenges or conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. Her experience operating an Alzheimer’s Group home has given her valuable insight into supporting this patient population.

Support services, including fall prevention, mobility training, and nutrition counseling, are also part of the geriatric care program. These services are designed to enhance both physical health and daily living for older patients, promoting independence and reducing health risks.

Transitional Care Services

Mary Huntly has also developed transitional care protocols to support patients moving from hospital to home. Discharge plans are customized for each patient and include treatment schedules, medication guidance, and follow-up appointments. These plans are designed to minimize readmission risks and support patients in staying on track during their recovery.

Medication reconciliation is a key step in this process, ensuring prescriptions are up to date and safely managed. Patients and caregivers also receive education on working conditions, medication use, and recognizing warning signs.Follow-up visits with primary care and specialists are coordinated to promote ongoing support, and home health services can be arranged for patients who need additional care after returning home.

Professional Qualifications

She received her Registered Nurse (RN) license in 1999 and became licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2018. These credentials reflect her dedication to lifelong learning and her expansion of clinical responsibilities to better serve her patients and community.

Personal Wellness and Athletic Participation

She remains committed to her health and wellness by participating in endurance events. In 2023, she completed the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series half-marathon in Las Vegas, a nighttime race renowned for its live music and city-wide energy. This accomplishment reflects her discipline and dedication to maintaining a fit lifestyle.

She also completed the Iron Girl triathlon in 2013, which involved swimming, biking, and running. Events like these reflect her commitment to the importance of physical activity and stress management. Her participation encourages patients to adopt health-focused routines in their own lives.

Early Life and Background

She was born and raised in Kilmaley, a parish in County Clare, Southern Ireland. Growing up on a working farm taught her the value of daily effort, patience, and commitment. These lessons from her early life continue to influence her professional outlook and guide her approach to patient care, business operations, and staff leadership.

By consistently leading Trinity House Calls and Trinity Family Practice with compassion, professionalism, and dedication, Mary Huntly continues to deliver meaningful, patient-centered care to individuals across Las Vegas. Her work reflects a commitment to health equity, clinical quality, and responsive service, making her a steady presence in the lives of the patients she serves.
